Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase made at solveditforyou.com ("Solved It For You", "we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who can buy

We currently sell and ship to customers in the United States and the United Kingdom.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe each product as accurately as we can. Colors can look slightly different on different screens. If something in a listing is wrong, we'll correct it and, if it affected your order, we'll make it right.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (British pounds for UK customers) and include shipping. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and PayPal; we never see or store your full card number. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and fulfillment

After you place an order, it is prepared and shipped to you with tracking. Delivery times, tracking and customs are explained in our Shipping Policy. You can cancel an order free of charge until it ships.

5. Refunds

If your item arrives damaged, defective, wrong, or doesn't arrive, we replace it or refund you. We don't accept returns for change of mind on US orders. Details are in our Refund Policy.

6. Using our website

Please don't misuse the site, try to break its security, or copy its content for commercial use. The videos, texts and designs on this site belong to Solved It For You or to their respective owners.

7. Liability

Use each product as described in its instructions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
