Shipping policy
Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping cost. Shipping is free on every order.
Where your order ships from. Solved It For You is an online store. We don't keep inventory ourselves: when you place an order, our fulfillment partner (CJ Dropshipping) packs it and ships it to you from their warehouse, which is currently in China.
How long it takes.
- Processing: 1-3 business days after you place your order.
- Transit: about 4-7 business days once it ships.
- Estimated total: 5-10 business days. Delivery can take longer during holidays, peak season or customs delays.
Tracking. When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow it.
Customs and import fees. Import duties are included in the price. You won't be asked to pay anything on delivery.
Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us at support@solveditforyou.com as soon as possible; we can update it only if the order hasn't shipped yet.
Late or missing package. If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 20 business days after you placed it, contact us at support@solveditforyou.com and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
